The Union of Metallurgical Industries and Professions is a professional organization that

represents companies in the metallurgical sector in France. This sector includes industries

such as metal production, mechanics, aerospace, and automotive. The UIMM advocates

for the interests of companies, promotes innovation and training, and participates in social

negotiations, particularly on collective agreements. It plays a key role in employee skills

development and support for businesses.

The application offers a fun and interactive way to discover various professions in the

metallurgical industry. Participants are invited to explore, through an in-situ tour, the

different workshops where they perform practical operations and enter their results on the

tablet in real-time. The experience takes the form of a game, with each team receiving a

final score based on their performance.
